The land is very productive, so that rules out any fertilizer that enriches the soils. To regulate production, we are forced to work directly in the formation of the plant and also to prune shortly.

Similarly, green pruning is done at the end of April, and also we leave grass between the rows with the aim of reducing the impact of water and nutrients on the vine.

In the month of July we crop thin the vines to balance the plant and achieve the highest quality.

The vineyard are all situated around the cellar, therefore, from the time they are picked by hand, in cases of 30 kg, until the start of processing, we barely spend 2 hours ensuring the reception of the grapes in excellent conditions.

The estate covers an area of 20 hectares of vines, divided into the following fields:
