Elaborated by the traditional method. Ageing in bottle with the lees at 16o during 12 months, to strengthen the aro- ma and the characteristics of the variety Muscat. Clarified and disgorgement are manual. We recommend to be served at 6oC. The quality will be optimal within the 24 months after the disgorgement.
