A painting of Salvador Dalí, named the Grapes of Immortality was the inspiration for the label of this wine. As Salvador Dalí himself so eloquently stated, these grapes Symbolize the immortality contained in the biological suspension.
This special wine is made from a blend of the emperor of red grape varieties, Cabernet Sau- vignon, along with the noble and elegant variety Pinot Noir, which we notably have planted in the coolest part of the D.O. Penedès.
