Wine from overripe grapes Muscat de Frontignan cultivated in the vineyard Canal de Foix, which grows on limestone structure Franco-calcareous, tempered by the mild Mediterranean climate in the region of Garraf.

After harvesting the grapes of Muscat on the usual dates between 15 and 25 August 1000 strains of the sunniest for making this sweet reserve, leaving raisined grapes likely to reach 20 degrees sugar. The wort obtained with a wonderful aroma of honey and orange, becomes our sweet late harvest, which keeps the freshness thanks to its proper acidity.
