Manual harvesting in boxes of 20kg, quick entry in cellar and decrease of the temperature of the grapes in the cold room for 24 hours, obtaining vinification in continuous cold.

Fermentation in stone cup of the year 1,413 emulating the ancient customs of the Jerónimos Monks who then inhabited the Tower of Veguer.

It is aged in French oak barrels Allier of only 20% of the total, to maintain fresh and fruity aromas in the whole wine.
