Organic vineyards from 2013, are oriented south, towards the Mediterranean Sea, on calcareous soils, with a sandy-loam texture, shallow with low organic matter content.
Color: yellow with bright orange tones.
Aroma: Mediterranean herbs such as rosemary, fennel and thyme. Fruity and fresh notes of green apple and mineral notes such as salt and iodine, typical of the characteristics of our farm.
It goes well with types of seafood such as oysters and red shrimp.
Suitable with lightly cured cheeses.
