It is a stone wine that drinks from the history of the Jeronimo Monks; round, fresh and
aromatic.

Special production
Manual harvest, fermented in a stone “cup” from 1413 emulating the ancient customs of the
Hieronymus monks and breeding in ceramic amphora with part of our own land of 725L.

Tasting notes
Colour
: clear and bright ruby red, medium-low layer.

Aroma: notes of black, red and wild fruit such as black plum, cherry, blueberry, honeysuckle and blackberry spicy notes like white pepper and clove.

Pairing
It goes well with all kinds of red and white meat that are not too greasy. It goes especially well with old cow steak with traditional dishes.
