White wine made from the native Garraf variety.
It is a fresh, persistent wine, with volume and outstanding acidity.
Organic vineyards from 2016, they are oriented to the south, towards the Mediterranean Sea, on calcareous soils formed by quaternary alluviums, shallow with low organic matter content.
Colour: bright pale yellow with greenish flashes
Aroma: notes of white fruit such as water peach, and tropical fruits such as lychee, with a background of Mediterranean herbs of fennel and rosemary.
Goes well with fish, rice, Asian cuisine, less hearty starters and appetizers
