It is a wine with a sweet tooth because of its late harvest, aromatic and outstanding for its freshness. A sweet wine made from over-ripe Muscat de Frontignan grapes.
1000 vines from the sunniest area are reserved for the production of this sweet, allowing the grapes to pass through until it reaches a probable 20 degrees of sugar, so it is collected much later in September-October (instead of August) The must obtained, after its fermentation and aging in the bottle, ends up being our sweet late-harvest wine.
Colour: bright straw yellow.
Aroma: citrus notes, especially orange, and mainly also notes of honey.
It goes well with all kinds of desserts, sweets, chocolate, recommended with foie gras and for appetizers
Suitable with blue cheese.
