Red wine made from Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah and Garnatxa varieties.
It is a round, velvety wine with a balance between tannins and acidity.
Vine and elaboration
Organic vineyards from 2016. Aged in French and American oak barrels for at least 8 months.
Colour: bright cherry red, medium layer.
Aroma: notes of red berries, chocolate and vanilla aromas, and notes of dried plants and
Mediterranean spices such as red pepper and white pepper.
It goes well with cannelloni, xató salad, fricandó with mushrooms, steak tartar.
Suitable with slightly cured cheeses.
