    Guided tour of the Winery + Yoga Session + Tasting of two Premium wines Sundays at 10am. For other dates to consult. Minimum groups of 8 people. Advance reservation Total duration: 2.5 hours.  

    We will begin the visit with a brief account of the history and the architecture of the Estate, from the 14th century to the present day, which is cataloged as a historical-artistic monument by the Generalitat of Catalonia. We will visit the vinery where we will learn about the wine making process and we will also visit the 15TH Century Cellar. We will enjoy the small exhibition of Salvador Dalí artworks, a close friend of the family.

    Next, we will go the garden where we will enjoy a yoga session with the professional Susana Parellada surrounded by vineyards and with views of the sea.

    To finish, we will go the vineyards where we will taste two Premium wines from Torre del Veguer accompanied by a tasting of cheeses from different areas of Catalonia.

  • Mas Parés is the first Spanish-certified laboratories of Spain for the production of duck and goose products. Through a business management based on the pillars of innovation and the quality of the product, it has been located at the top of the high cuisine. In the workshop, the elaboration of the products of Mas Parés in independent departments and rooms is carried out according to treatment of the product.

    Wine tasting

    We offer a tasting of two wines, one white and one black. Duration: 60 minutes approx. Groups minimum of 6 people

    White wine made from the Muscat de Frontignan variety. It is the winery's white wine par excellence; surprisingly aromatic and sweet-toothed in the mouth.

    The vineyard

    Organic vineyards from 2016, are oriented south, towards the Mediterranean Sea, on calcareous soils, with a sandy-loam texture, shallow with low organic matter content.

    Tasting notes

    Colour: bright pale yellow with greenish flashes. Aroma: fruity notes like grape, vineyard peach, lychee, and floral notes of jasmine, orange flower and rose.

    Pairing

    It goes well with white fish, seafood, Asian cuisine and appetizers. Suitable with cow's cheese.

    The vineyard

    Organic vineyards from 2013, are oriented south, towards the Mediterranean Sea, on calcareous soils, with a sandy-loam texture, shallow with low organic matter content.

    Tasting notes

    Color: yellow with bright orange tones. Aroma: Mediterranean herbs such as rosemary, fennel and thyme. Fruity and fresh notes of green apple and mineral notes such as salt and iodine, typical of the characteristics of our farm.

    Pairing

    It goes well with types of seafood such as oysters and red shrimp. Suitable with lightly cured cheeses.

    The vineyard

    Organic vineyards from 2016, they are oriented to the south, towards the Mediterranean Sea, on calcareous soils formed by quaternary alluviums, shallow with low organic matter content.

    Tasting notes

    Colour: bright pale yellow with greenish flashes Aroma: notes of white fruit such as water peach, and tropical fruits such as lychee, with a background of Mediterranean herbs of fennel and rosemary.

    Goes well with fish, rice, Asian cuisine, less hearty starters and appetizers

Signed by Salvador Dalí, the label reproduces the work "Raïms de la Immortalitat" by the painter in 1970, giving his name to the wine. Special production Fermentation and minimum ageing of 6 months in French oak barrels from the forests of the centre of France (Allier, Tronçais, Nevers) Tasting notes Colour: Bright and clear golden yellow. Aroma: Fruity notes like ripe yellow peach, notes of dry aromatic herbs, bitter almond, and toasted aromas like incense and vanilla. Special production Manual harvest, fermented in a stone "cup" from 1413 emulating the ancient customs of the Hieronymus monks and breeding in ceramic amphora with part of our own land of 725L. Tasting notes Colour: clear and bright ruby red, medium-low layer. Aroma: notes of black, red and wild fruit such as black plum, cherry, blueberry, honeysuckle and blackberry spicy notes like white pepper and clove.     White wine of minimum intervention made with the native variety of the region. It is a wine with weight in the mouth and with good acidity that makes it refreshing.

    Vineyard and Elaboration

    Organic vineyards planted in 1993 and 2013 on limestone, shallow soils with low content in organic matter. It comes from organic vineyards and the harvest is manual. It is vinified following the Catalan practice called "Brisat", macerated with the skins, resulting in a wine orange. The elaboration of this wine follows the philosophy of minimum intervention: 0 added sulfites, without clarify, without stabilizing or filtering.

    Tasting notes

    Color: pale shiny pumpkin with orange and amber glints. Aroma: Tropical notes such as lychee, floral notes of rose petals and also aromas of hops. There are also notes of Mediterranean herbs such as fennel and rosemary.

    Pairing

    It goes well with rice such as rice with lobster, all kinds of fish such as sea bass wild baked goods and Japanese cuisine.

  • White sparkling wine made from the Muscat variety. "Marta", takes this name in recognition of the winery's founder, Marta Estany. Fresh in the mouth, with a very pleasant finish and fine bubbles. Especially recommended for celebrations. Special elaboration Produced by the traditional method. Aged in bottle for at least 24 months in rhyme. Manual clarification and disgorgement, its quality will be optimal during the 24 months following disgorgement. Tasting notes Colour: bright golden yellow.   • It is a wine with a sweet tooth because of its late harvest, aromatic and outstanding for its freshness. A sweet wine made from over-ripe Muscat de Frontignan grapes. Special production 1000 vines from the sunniest area are reserved for the production of this sweet, allowing the grapes to pass through until it reaches a probable 20 degrees of sugar, so it is collected much later in September-October (instead of August) The must obtained, after its fermentation and aging in the bottle, ends up being our sweet late-harvest wine. Tasting notes Colour: bright straw yellow. Aroma: citrus notes, especially orange, and mainly also notes of honey.     Organic vineyards from 2013 (Xarel.lo) and 2016 (Muscat), are oriented southwards, towards the Mediterranean Sea, on calcareous soils, with a sandy loamy texture and low organic matter content.

    Colour: bright pale yellow with greenish flashes. Aroma: notes of white fruit such as pear, apple or water peach, tropical notes such as pineapple and floral notes like orange blossom and jasmine.

    Pairing

    It goes well with rice and pasta, as well as with appetizers.
